FIIT is a one-stop, comprehensive fitness experience that combines a variety of training disciplines into one workout. Each 30-minute workout session includes resistance, cardiovascular and core training exercises, all led by a qualified fitness instructor, and provided in a small group setting. FIIT offers a three-day per week or a two-day per week program, as well as an “Intro to FIIT” class on Saturdays.
Why FIIT?
FIIT is variety. FIIT offers a combination of several different training techniques, delivering a unique and powerful workout each time.
FIIT is effective. FIIT alternates high intensity resistance exercises with short intervals of rest during each session, thus maximizing results. This style of training allows the body to burn hundreds of calories during the workout, continuing for several hours post-workout.
FIIT is team-based. Each FIIT team is comprised of no more than 6 individuals who motivate, support and encourage each other’s success. An experienced and well educated instructor leads each team through a specially designed 30-minute workout session providing professional direction.
FIIT is convenient. FIIT’s specially designed workout stations offer everything needed for an effective 30-minute workout, with all equipment closely located for quick exercise transition.
