Jason’s passion and expertise is in weight loss/fat reduction. He created a 12-week body transformation program in 1999 that significantly changed body composition by decreasing body fat and increasing lean muscle through proper nutrition and exercise. His transformation program produced amazing results with average weight loss in the area of thirty to forty-five pounds per client in just twelve weeks.
In January of 2014, nearly 15 years after creating his 12-week program, Jason introduced his new 6-week program. The original 12-Week Body Transformation program had undergone a transformation of its own. With new diet strategies and training protocols, his new 6-week transformation program is achieving results that his 12-week clients experienced.

Upon entering Jason Smith Fitness you will be given a one on one consultation and then assigned a personal fitness coach that will work with you during every session. Your first two to three workouts will be assessment workouts where we test five components of fitness, which are:
- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Body composition
Your physical limitations, physical abilities, history of physical fitness, and desired results from your personal training experience all play an important role in the design of your workouts. Once your results are obtained, a personalized exercise program is designed for you, based on you.
All of our personal training packages include ongoing fitness assessments so you can see the actual changes you have made to your body. There is nothing more exciting than reaching a goal! Let us measure your path to success!
Drew was born and raised in Mesa where he graduated from Skyline High School and was a dual sport athlete. From there he played college football at East Texas State University, graduating in 2009 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. After graduation, he played two years for the Indoor Football League and in 2013 received his license as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Pima Medical Institute. Drew worked for over 3 years as a PTA and Personal Trainer at the Fischer Institute right here in Phoenix gaining valuable knowledge in sports performance by helping with NFL and MLB off season strength and conditioning programs. He was also able to receive certification as a Nike golf performance specialist as well as numerous certifications in Functional Soft-Tissue Transformation.
Kyle Martin is a NASM certified personal trainer with an extensive background in military training. He graduated from St. Mary’s University in London with a bachelors in Sports Science. He recently moved to the United States from the United Kingdom, where he was a proud member of the Royal Marine Commando, one of the world’s most elite amphibious light infantry forces of the Royal Navy. Some of his accomplishments include but are not limited; he was top of SRS (Special Reconnaissance Surveillance), consistently fittest in troop, Arctic warfare specialist, Jungle warfare specialist, survival expert and more.
Prior to his time with the Royal Marine Commando, he was a sports coach primarily focusing on soccer and youth development. When Kyle is not busy with fitness, he enjoys exploring all Phoenix has to offer with his wife, Ellie, and young daughter, Mila.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Fitness and Wellness from Grand Canyon University’s elite Health & Fitness program. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and nutritionist. After receiving her health coach and personal training certification in 2013 she started performing one-on-one personal training, group fitness sessions and in-home personal training. Kristen’s programs focus on lifestyle change and overall client wellness. She has a competitive background in soccer and softball, and is continuously working on her own health and fitness.
About the Club: Jason Smith Fitness prides itself on keeping a clean and sanitized workout environment.
Shower stalls are provided for those individuals that workout prior to work or during their lunch break
Daily storage lockers are available if you have valuables to store while you exercise. (please provide your own lock)
We also have refrigerated storage to keep your post-workout shake / meal cold.
Training Hours: Our hours of operation are scheduled around client training. Please call or email in advance to schedule an appointment.
Special Scheduling: Jason Smith Fitness has special scheduling to accomodate the busy business professional; physicians, attorneys, real estate agents, etc.
