FIIT – Fast Intense Interval Training – has been designed to combine the muscle building and toning benefits of resistance and core training with the calorie burning and weight loss benefits of cardiovascular training all supervised by a qualified fitness instructor.

FIIT Fast Intense Interval Training is a one-stop, all in one fitness spot; combining various forms of resistance, cardiovascular and core training to maximize one’s fitness potential.
FIIT training progams focus on total body conditioning. Each 30 minute session combines resistance exercises with cardiovascular, core, and functional exercises. Our fitness routines involve working with dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, physio balls, punching bags, spin bikes, bosu balls and much more.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Classes available at 6:30am and 6:30pm.
