Smile from the inside out!

I love to read success stories…especially “weight loss” success stories. To hear how these people felt while they were at their heaviest, both mentally and physically; and then to hear how the weight loss changed their lives. Just by making a few changes in eating habits, physical activity, and attitude…these people did it. I bet you when they look back on their life and the years of being overweight…they wonder why they didn’t do it sooner.

It blows me away how much we really do control our lives. If you want something bad enough…you’ll get it. Persistence!!!

Want results? Be consistent!

You can’t expect great results unless you have consistency. Don’t expect to make a change with your body and health unless you are consistent with your fitness/nutrition plan. I don’t care whether it’s two, three, or even six days a week…if it’s in your plan, make it happen! You won’t just feel physically better, you’ll feel it mentally as well, just knowing that you accomplished what you planned.
