Partner Training

When my wife and I started partner training at FIIT, we couldn't even do a push-up! Now, five years later, we can't imagine our lives without fitness as a key part of our weekly routine. Jason is great and always customizes our workouts around our goals and what we like to do. The workouts are always new, fun, and challenging and we look forward to every session!

You and a friend, family member or co-worker will work together with a personal trainer as you both get healthy and fit.

We recommend 2-4 one-on-one training sessions for individuals new to exercise before participating in a partner program.
